Some nuggets of biblically-inspired wisdom...
-Whatever a woman sends out in word or deed will return to her; what she gives, she will receive.
If she gives hate, she will receive hate.
If she gives love, she will receive love.
If she gives criticism, she will receive criticism.
If she lies, she will be lied to.
If she cheats, she will be cheated.
-Many people have brought disaster into their lives through idle words. "By your words you are justified and by your words you are condemned."
-There is always plenty on a woman's pathway, but it can only be brought into manifestation through desire, faith or the spoken word. "Ask and it shall be given to you, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened unto you."
-God is ever ready to carry out our smallest or greatest demands! Every desire, uttered or unexpressed, is a demand. We are often startled by having a wish suddenly fulfilled.
-Nothing but fear and doubt stands between a woman and her highest ideals and every desire of her heart. When a woman can "wish without worrying," every desire will be instantly fulfilled. "Why are you fearful, oh you of little faith?"
-You can only receive what you see yourself receiving. Demand the manifestation of what you have already received!
Lesson learned today: I will only think of the highest ideals God meant for me to have - health, wealth, love, friends, perfect self-expression!

DAY 1
1. Romans 5-9
2. Chapters 1 and 2, GLW
3. Days 1 and 2, PDL
Inspiring, Moving and Full of Hope! Great read from Romans...
- Do not waiver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, be be strengthened in his faith and give glory to Him, being fully persuaded that He has the power to do what He had promised.
- We rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produced perseverance, perserverance, character and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.
-We died to sin; how can we live in it any longer??
-Do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its evil desires. Do not offer the parts of your body to sin, as instruments of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God, as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer the parts of your body to him as instruments of righteousness. Sin shall not be your master.
-As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this i keep on doing.
-So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!
-I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us....Hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.
- We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express.
- And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
- He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all, how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?

The Importance of Uncommon Sense
To work, toil and act as a means of worship, to live godly and moral lives, to remain wise and steadfast..This is how to live life...as Proverbs puts it.
A note in my Bible says, "Those who learn the practical and godly wisdom of Proverbs not only sleep better, they succeed and become able to help their family and friends. Fools and scoffers, though they appear successful, will eventually pay the cost of their lifestyle."
I wrote here some of my favorite verses in the book of Proverbs. I hope and pray that I will be able to live life each day under the wisdom and guidance of the most down-to-earth book in the Bible and eventually acquire valuable uncommon sense.

14. Let another praise you, and not your own mouth; someone else, and not your own lips. (27:2)

Zion
I set my eyes on the vast horizon
As I walk on a path filled with thorns
My feet bleed and I stain the rough soil beneath me
But in my heart joy overflows.
Why do I not feel the pain?
Why do I not see the wounds and scars?
As I pass them by they cry to me
"Look," they say, "Your clothes are soiled,
your body bruised and wounded."
They shout and scream with all their might
But I do not hear the slightest whisper.
What is God that he has such power?
His love has blinded me,
His grace has left me deaf and numb.
All the ugliness in the world I cannot see
All the pain and frustration I cannot feel.
Why is my heart so steadfast and strong
When everyone else believes it shouldn't be so?
The world has prepared the grave for me to lie in
But I have not known a heart more alive--
A sould that breathes God's love,
A mind that seeks His mind,
A life so satisfied.
There is nothing else I see but the glory of my Father's greatness
Nothing else I feel but his unfailing love and strength.
I have run the race on a ground of thorns
And all the world sees my wounds
But my eyes are ever set on my goal.
Though I walk with chains my heart feels free
The shadow of the world is blinding
and yet I cannot help but see
All this time Jesus has carried me on his shoulders
and has run the race for me.
As I walk on a path filled with thorns
My feet bleed and I stain the rough soil beneath me
But in my heart joy overflows.
